Waste
The bins are always full and we don't always have a solution to recycle them.
When the bin is full, we have a system that compresses the waste and an engine will make sheets of paper thanks to the waste. The machine will collect them in a box and someone will come to take the box that contains the sheets and give them to a school of the same City.
A bin made of metal to resist to the degradation of some people. A machine to compress the waste. A machine that can create paper thanks to the waste that was in the bin.
When the bin is full of waste a compressor will compress the waste. Then the compressed waste will be transform into sheet of paper thanks to a machine.
